**Taconic Partners**
Taconic Partners, a New York-based vertically integrated real estate development firm, has appointed Sheldon Pariser as Executive Vice President. Pariser will lead the company’s expansion into acquiring multifamily rental properties throughout the Southeast and Texas. This strategic initiative builds on Taconic’s longstanding success in the New York and Tri-State area, where the firm has developed or repositioned over 7,300 residential units.

**Parkview Financial**
Alternative investment firm Parkview Financial has hired Abe Kohn as Vice President of Construction. Based in New York, Kohn will oversee construction progress on financed projects across the Northeast region, assess risk, and monitor overall project performance.

**Newmark**
Newmark has welcomed three new Executive Vice Presidents to its Valuation & Advisory practice in New York: Michael Garcia, MAI; Robert E. Porto, MAI; and John Feeney. The trio brings substantial expertise in multifamily and mixed-use asset valuation across the NYC Metro area and national markets.

In addition, Newmark has appointed Jessica Morin as Head of National Occupier Research. Morin, a well-regarded industry expert, will lead thought leadership initiatives, focusing on occupier trends, labor market dynamics, and macroeconomic insights.

**JLL**
JLL has named Brian Rappaport as the Financial Procurement and Advisory Practice Lead within its Energy Advisory and Sustainability team. Based in New York, Rappaport brings over two decades of experience in energy infrastructure, renewable energy solutions, and strategic planning for investor and occupier clients.

**Greystone Real Estate Capital**
Greystone Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of Greystone Select Inc., has closed the Greystone Affordable Housing Fund I LP at $103 million. The multi-investor Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) fund will support the development and preservation of nearly 1,000 affordable housing units across 11 properties in six states.

**Bluerock Value Exchange (BVEX)**
BVEX has fully subscribed its offering, BR Diversified Industrial Portfolio V, DST, raising $36.7 million in equity from individual investors. The unlevered, two-property industrial portfolio spans approximately 255,000 square feet across North and South Carolina, and includes assets vital to manufacturing, warehousing, outdoor storage, and distribution.

**Vornado Realty Trust**
Vornado Realty Trust has announced it will introduce a Work&Mother Suite at 1290 Avenue of the Americas, a fully serviced, outsourced mother’s room. Set to open in October 2025, the initiative reflects Vornado’s commitment to promoting human-centered workplaces and aligns with National Breastfeeding Month and National Wellness Month.
