**JLL** has appointed Brian Rappaport as the Financial Procurement and Advisory Practice Lead within its Energy Advisory and Sustainability team. Rappaport brings over 20 years of experience in energy infrastructure development, structured origination, and renewable energy solutions. In his new role, he will support investor and occupier clients with strategic planning in energy sourcing, contracting, cleantech integration, and infrastructure development.

**Lee & Associates** has welcomed George Aranowski to its industrial brokerage group as an associate. Working alongside principals Ken Franzese, SIOR and John Cassidy, SIOR, Aranowski will serve clients across the North DuPage, North Kane, Northwest Cook, and O’Hare submarkets, offering both landlord/owner and tenant/buyer representation.

**Stream Realty Partners** has added Ben Dickey to its Chicago office as Vice President. Dickey will focus on industrial landlord and tenant representation, collaborating with Brian Duffy, Managing Director and leader of the firm’s industrial services team in Chicago.

**Newmark** announced the expansion of its Central U.S. Multifamily Investment Sales team with the addition of Tom Maloney, Dan Wiele, and Hank Hicks. These veteran brokers will concentrate on institutional and private capital multifamily sales in the greater St. Louis region and throughout tertiary markets in Missouri. They will work under the leadership of Oklahoma-based Vice Chairmen Tim McKay, Justin Wilson, and Brandon Lamb, along with Managing Directors Ted Prince and Ben McKay.

**Ardent Companies** has named Matt Snyder as Managing Director in Chicago. Snyder will oversee debt sourcing and strategy for the firm’s debt platform, while also spearheading the development of new financial products. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in commercial real estate debt markets, including structuring commercial and mortgage-backed securities.

**Kiser Group** continues its growth by adding four new team members to enhance its multifamily and seniors housing investment sales divisions:

– **Sean Mangan** joins as an associate, partnering with Senior Director Danny Logarakis on Chicago’s North Side. He focuses on property valuation, market analysis, marketing strategies, and client relationship development.

– **Will Sprinkman** joins as an associate, working with Principal and Designated Managing Broker Lee Kiser. He will specialize in multifamily investment sales across Chicago and the Midwest, with a focus on financial analysis, market research, and strategic advisory.
