**Cushman & Wakefield Named Leasing Agent for 430,000-SF Office Building in Washington, D.C.**

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 1615 L Street, a 430,000-square-foot Class A office building in Washington, D.C.

The 13-story property has undergone significant base-building and amenity upgrades since 2018 and currently offers approximately 300,000 square feet of available office space. The leasing team is led by Cushman & Wakefield professionals Michael Katcher, Mark Wooters, and John Skolnik.
