**Med Tech Company Pramand Expands HQ in Relocation to Burlington**
Newmark has secured a 41,411-square-foot top-floor lease for medical technology firm Pramand at the Blue Sky Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. The property, an office and research & development campus, recently underwent a $10 million capital improvement program. Pramand will relocate and expand its corporate headquarters from its current location in Bedford, Massachusetts.
The landlord, a joint venture between Nordblom Company and a global real estate private equity firm, was represented by a Newmark team led by Senior Managing Director Matthew Malatesta, Executive Managing Director Tyler McGrail, Vice Chairman Michael Frisoli, Associate Director Eric Jeremiah, and Associate Connall Chamberlain. CBRE’s Jon Varholak and Perry Beal represented the tenant.
“This lease highlights the strong demand from innovative companies seeking premier work environments,” said Malatesta. “Ownership’s investment at Blue Sky Center reflects a clear vision to create a workplace destination that fosters collaboration and long-term tenant success, and Pramand’s relocation affirms that strategy.”
Pramand’s lease follows a recent deal at the campus with another med-tech company, Myomo, which specializes in medical robotics. Newmark also arranged that 36,000-square-foot lease at 45 Blue Sky, and Myomo is currently completing its move-in.
