Her previous roles include positions at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital.

**Northmarq Facilitates Garland Multifamily Sale**
Northmarq’s Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Taylor Snoddy, Eric Stockley, and Charles Hubbard, brokered the sale of Shiloh Oaks, a 248-unit apartment community in Garland, Texas. The seller was represented by Northmarq in the transaction, and the asset was purchased by Rise48 Equity. Northmarq’s Debt & Equity division, including Kevin Leamy and Lauren Bresky, secured acquisition financing for the buyer.
