**Private Investment Firm Haven Capital Partners Leases Space at 825 Third Ave.**
The Durst Organization announced that Haven Capital Partners has signed a lease for 5,163 square feet on the 35th floor of 825 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.
Haven Capital Partners is a private investment firm that provides flexible capital solutions to growth-oriented businesses, focusing on sectors such as education, healthcare, and technology services.
This lease marks continued leasing momentum following a $150 million renovation at the property. “Growing firms are looking for a modern, sustainable workplace and convenient amenities that act as an extension of their office to help attract and retain top talent,” said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization. “We look forward to welcoming Haven Capital Partners to 825 Third Ave.”
The Durst Organization’s in-house leasing team for the transaction included Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, Bailey Caliban, and Sayo Kamara. Peter Johnson of Avison Young represented Haven Capital Partners.
