**Douglaston Development Unveils New Renderings for Atlantic BK Mixed-Income Project in Brooklyn**
Douglaston Development has released new imagery of its upcoming Atlantic BK residential project, a 456-unit mixed-income development rising at the intersection of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Clinton Hill, and Prospect Heights in Brooklyn. Of the total units, 138 will be designated as permanently affordable housing.
“We are excited to share new images of Atlantic BK as we near the completion of hundreds of units of much-needed affordable and market-rate housing in Bed-Stuy,” said Steven Charno, President of Douglaston Development. “With a strong track record of delivering quality housing to the Brooklyn community, we are grateful to build on this legacy in tandem with our partners to bring this premier residential offering to fruition.”
The development site was acquired by Douglaston Development in a $66 million deal with a partnership led by Totem and BEB Capital. Foundation work began in May 2022. Ailanthus, Totem’s housing development affiliate, and BEB Capital have co-invested in the project and are co-developing it alongside Douglaston through all phases of construction.
