**Comtel Systems Technology Signs Lease in Pleasanton Business Park**
CBRE has successfully arranged a 16,466-square-foot lease for Comtel Systems Technology at 7133 Koll Center Parkway in Pleasanton. Representing the tenant in the deal were CBRE’s Adam Ebner and Drew Thomas. Comtel Systems Technology is a Beacon-owned company providing technology solutions across various industries.

The facility is part of Bernal Corporate Park and features ample parking. Conveniently located adjacent to Interstate 680, the site is within walking distance of restaurants and retail options and only a five-minute drive from downtown Pleasanton.
According to CBRE research, leasing activity along the I-680 Corridor saw a significant uptick in the second quarter of 2025, signaling a continued trend of business growth and commercial expansion in the region.
