**Withered Fig to Open Its First Brick-and-Mortar Store in Falls Church, Virginia**
Northern Virginia-based men’s clothing brand Withered Fig is set to open its first physical retail location in Falls Church, Virginia, after operating exclusively online for eight years.
The new storefront, specializing in premium menswear and imported garments, is slated to open early next year at 255 W. Falls Station Boulevard. The space, located on the ground floor of The Oak condominiums, will occupy approximately 1,085 square feet. It will feature a curated collection from over two dozen international brands, as well as a selection of denim, clothing, and lifestyle goods.
The store will be part of the larger West Falls development, a 10-acre, 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use project from Hoffman & Associates. Situated near the West Falls Church Metro station, the development includes apartments, condominiums, a senior living facility, retail space, a hotel, and a medical office building. At its heart is an outdoor community gathering area that offers more than 18,000 square feet of open space for residents and visitors alike.
Withered Fig’s move into a physical retail space marks a significant milestone in its growth and highlights the continued expansion of the West Falls area as a vibrant, multi-use community hub.
