**PMG Secures $107.5M Construction Loan for Waldorf Astoria Residences in Denver’s Cherry Creek**

PMG has secured $107.5 million in construction financing for the development of the Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek, a luxury residential project located in the coveted Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The financing was provided by Maxim Capital Group.

The transaction was facilitated by PMG’s Capital Markets team, which includes Andrew Warman, Jonathan Blank, and Paton Marion, with additional support from PMG’s in-house legal counsel: Lowell Plotkin, Lindsay Davis, and Scott Buscemi.

The concept design for the Waldorf Astoria-branded residences is being led by Denver-based architecture firm Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+) in collaboration with renowned architect Carlos Ott.

The development will feature a range of fully finished luxury residences, varying in size from 690 to 3,879 square feet. Each home will offer sweeping views of the mountains and downtown Denver and will include private balconies.

Residents will have access to a wide array of high-end amenities, such as a Peacock Alley-inspired lounge, a signature restaurant, a rooftop pool with accompanying bar and lounge, a wellness center complete with massage services, saunas, steam rooms, and a fully equipped fitness studio.

With this financing milestone, PMG continues to expand its footprint in premier luxury developments while bringing the Waldorf Astoria brand’s legendary service and design to Denver’s Cherry Creek district.
