**Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville Sells for $28.5 Million**
The 128-room Hilton Garden Inn, located at 45 TPC Boulevard in Jacksonville, has been sold for $28.5 million. The buyer, T2 Hospitality, acquired the property from Noble Investment Group. The 83,497-square-foot hotel was originally built in 2000 and underwent a major renovation in 2022. Noble Investment Group had previously purchased the hotel in 2021 from Sawgrass Hotel Partners Ltd. for $13 million.
Situated on a 1.5-acre site in the prestigious Ponte Vedra Beach area, the hotel stands at the entrance to TPC Sawgrass — home to THE PLAYERS Championship and the headquarters of the PGA Tour.
T2 Hospitality, the new owner, manages a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in assets. Meanwhile, Noble Investment Group is moving forward with the development of a new extended-stay hotel featuring 124 rooms in the Collins Town Center, located north of the Costco Wholesale in Jacksonville.
Prior to the sale, the Hilton Garden Inn was managed by McKibbon Hospitality, a company that oversees more than 107 hotels as of 2024, including three properties in the greater Jacksonville region.
