Marcus & Millichap has announced the successful sale of a four-suite retail strip and Dillon’s Fuel Station Ground Lease located at 401 E. 4th Avenue in Hutchinson, Kansas. The 50,420-square-foot property, which is home to national tenants including Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, and Dillon’s Fuel Station, was sold for $3.415 million.
The transaction was handled by Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Mark Ruble, Chris Lind, and Zack House from the firm’s Phoenix office, in collaboration with Colby Haugness, Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Kansas. The team represented the seller, a Kansas-based limited liability company.
Originally constructed in 1968, the retail center spans nearly four acres and is located near downtown Hutchinson, just one mile south of Hutchinson High School and Hutchinson Community College. The property benefits from a high-visibility location in a strong retail corridor.
