**Lovett Industrial Begins Construction on Phase II of Houston’s 610 Business District**
Lovett Industrial has officially kicked off construction on Phase II of the 610 Business District, its premier industrial development in infill Houston. The second phase will add 537,132 square feet of Class A industrial space across four buildings. Strategically located at 6462 Northdale Street, the buildings will feature modern industrial design with clear heights ranging from 32 to 36 feet, truck courts between 130 and 185 feet, and ample trailer and on-site parking.
The flexible configurations will accommodate tenants requiring spaces from 53,110 to 219,487 square feet. In addition to the current development, 38 acres of undeveloped land remain available for sale, lease, or customized development solutions, including build-to-suit or design-build options.
Phase II is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026. Phase I, which includes two fully leased buildings, began construction in July 2022 and was completed in September 2023. Upon completion of Phase II, the 610 Business District will total 1.5 million square feet under roof.
With nearly 20 million square feet of industrial projects either under construction or completed across 40 locations in 15 markets, Lovett Industrial continues to establish a strong footprint within major logistics hubs across the country.
