**Georgia Power Acquires Atlanta-Area Warehouse for $94.75 Million**
ICM Property Group, in partnership with Waterloo Partners, has sold River Park 10—an 825,000-square-foot Class A industrial warehouse located in Jackson, Georgia, approximately 45 miles south of Atlanta. Georgia Power purchased the facility for $94.75 million, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Completed in late 2024, River Park 10 offers direct access to key transportation corridors, including strategic connectivity to the Port of Savannah. The facility was built with advanced infrastructure to support high-volume operations, making it ideal for logistics, manufacturing, and utility users.
River Park is a large-scale industrial park development covering more than 1,100 acres. Once fully developed, the park is expected to include over 21 million square feet of industrial and commercial space across 16 buildings.
ICM Property Group continues to expand its presence in fast-growing Sunbelt markets, investing in industrial projects both as a primary sponsor and as a capital partner alongside local developers.
