**Tempus AI Signs 10-Year Lease at SL Green’s 11 Madison Avenue**
SL Green Realty Corp. announced on Monday that Tempus AI, Inc. has signed a new 10-year lease for 39,565 square feet on a portion of the 17th floor at 11 Madison Avenue. With this agreement, Tempus AI joins a prestigious tenant lineup that includes the North American headquarters of UBS, the U.S. headquarters of SONY Music, as well as WME IMG, Pinterest, and Suntory. The iconic property is also home to the acclaimed 3-Michelin-Star restaurant, Eleven Madison Park.
“We’re excited to welcome Tempus AI to 11 Madison Ave.,” said Steven Durels, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green. “This lease underscores the increased leasing velocity within the Midtown South submarket.”

11 Madison Avenue is a 30-story office tower located adjacent to Madison Square, offering convenient access to the area’s diverse dining options and upscale retail stores.
