TF Cornerstone Adds Two Retail Tenants at Malt Drive in Hunter’s Point South
TF Cornerstone has secured two new retail tenants for its Malt Drive residential development in Hunter’s Point South, Queens. Breathe Pilates will be opening a studio at 2-21 Malt Drive in the North Tower, while Funzy Play Family Club will take space at 2-20 Malt Drive in the South Tower.
Funzy Play Family Club is set to occupy 4,969 square feet and is expected to open in December 2025. Breathe Pilates will lease 2,658 square feet and aims to open its first-ever location in early 2026.
“Malt Drive is designed to be a thriving, community-driven development with amenities for residents of all ages—including playrooms, expansive waterfront parks, and state-of-the-art fitness centers,” said Steve Gonzalez, Vice President of Retail Leasing at TF Cornerstone. “Breathe Pilates and Funzy Play will fit right in with this vision.”
TF Cornerstone represented itself in both transactions. Breathe Pilates was represented by Thomas Galo of RTL, while Funzy Play Family Club was represented by Lip Fei Jiang of Chibeca Real Estate.
