Lee & Associates has successfully brokered the sale of 1102 Commerce Street, a 24,131-square-foot office building located in the heart of downtown Tacoma, Washington. The property was sold on behalf of Howe/Horizon Holding LLC for $3.25 million, equating to approximately $134.68 per square foot.

The purchaser, Washington Trust Bank, plans to occupy a portion of the space and lease out the remainder, injecting new activity and tenancy into the downtown area. The building is strategically located at the intersection of 11th Street and Broadway Avenue, within close proximity to local shops, restaurants, and the Pacific Avenue corridor.

Lee & Associates Principals Tom Brown and Kyle Prosser worked in collaboration with Carl Guenzel of Keimle Hagood’s Spokane office, where Washington Trust Bank is headquartered, to finalize the transaction.
