Continental Realty Group Acquires 232-Unit Wildcreek Apartments in Austin
Continental Realty Group has acquired Wildcreek Apartments, a 232-unit garden-style multifamily community located at 1511 Faro Drive in South Central Austin. The property, built in 1984, represents a significant value-add opportunity in the city’s Southeast Central submarket.
The acquisition was brokered by JLL Capital Markets’ Investment Sales and Advisory team, which represented the seller, Bob Reeve. The JLL team was led by Ryan McBride, Robert Wooten, and Robert Arzola.
Wildcreek Apartments spans 14.2 acres and consists of one- and two-bedroom units, averaging 660 square feet each. The 153,120-square-foot property is currently 63% occupied, with all units still in their original, unrenovated condition — offering substantial upside through strategic upgrades.
Community amenities include two swimming pools, on-site laundry facilities, and large green spaces. Continental Realty Group plans to unlock the property’s potential through interior unit renovations, improvements to common areas, and enhanced property management strategies.
