**Unicorp Secures $73M Construction Loan for Luxury Apartment Community in Winter Garden, Florida**
Centennial Bank has closed on a $73 million construction loan to finance the development of Elysian, a 323-unit luxury apartment community in Winter Garden, Florida. The project is being developed by Unicorp National Developments, Inc.
Elysian will be located at the northeast corner of Avalon Road and Seidel Avenue in Orlando. The construction timeline is projected to span 18 months.
Robby Barrows and David Druey of Centennial Bank led the financing deal.
The development will feature a suite of upscale amenities, including a wine bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, a movie theater, steam room and sauna, a resort-style pool with cabanas, and a clubhouse with a fireplace.
Winter Garden has experienced significant growth in recent years, with its population increasing by more than 40% since 2010. The area continues to attract new residents due to its robust employment base and high quality of life. The project’s design comes from Krieger Klatt Architects.
Unicorp’s President, Chuck Whittall, commented on the project, saying, “With construction pricing off its peak, we’re entering the right cycle.”
