**R.W. Holmes Secures 58,500-SF Lease in Haverhill Industrial Corridor**
R.W. Holmes has successfully brokered a new lease for 58,500 square feet of industrial space at 66 Newark Street, situated in the heart of Haverhill, Massachusetts’ industrial corridor.
Senior Vice Presidents Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, and David Gilkie, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord, Leewood Realty, which is led by Peter Schwarz. The tenant, Frame My TV, was represented by Jamey Lipscomb and Rob Mahoney of JLL.
“Given the amount of new construction in the industrial market, we knew 66 Newark had to differentiate itself as a build-to-suit opportunity,” said Ogasapian. “We advised Leewood to offer the project for lease with the option to purchase, as we knew this would be compelling to would-be owner-users looking for new-generation product.”
Ogasapian added, “We could not have found a better fit than Frame My TV, a local manufacturer that will now have a long-term home right where it all began.” Frame My TV was founded 14 years ago in Haverhill and continues to grow in the region.
This lease marks a significant addition to Haverhill’s growing industrial sector and underscores the area’s appeal to expanding local businesses.
