**Lee & Associates Closes Three Industrial Deals in I-55 Corridor**
Lee & Associates has successfully closed three industrial real estate transactions in the I-55 Corridor, further solidifying its presence in this key logistics and distribution hub.
Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley, principals with Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented beauty industry supplier Charlene Products, Inc. in securing a new lease for 26,886 square feet at 905 Carlow Drive in Bolingbrook. The space is part of a larger 256,070-square-foot facility owned by Link Logistics.
The same brokerage team also represented logistics provider USPack in a significant sublease deal. They arranged the subleasing of 148,019 square feet at 825 Veterans Parkway—another Bolingbrook property totaling 256,372 square feet. The subtenant assumed the premises immediately in as-is condition and took over USPack’s entire lease obligation.
In a third transaction, Grapenthin and Earley advised Pharmacy Automation Supplies in the purchase of a 4.38-acre site within the Plainfield Business Center. The lot, known as Lot 6, will soon host a new build-to-suit warehouse and office facility. Northern Builders, the seller, will construct a 30,000-square-foot building on the site, with plans for potential expansion to 60,000 square feet. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2025.
