**Sansone Group Enters Data Center Sector with Maryland Acquisition**

Sansone Group, in partnership with Priseda, has acquired a 214,000-square-foot Tier 4 data center located in Silver Spring, Maryland, marking a strategic expansion into the data center sector. The off-market transaction was completed for an undisclosed sum and underscores Sansone Group’s commitment to diversifying its national investment portfolio within one of the most robust asset classes in commercial real estate. Priseda, a long-time tenant at the facility, joined Sansone in securing the acquisition.

“This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for Sansone Group,” said Nick Sansone, Principal at Sansone Group. “As we continue to scale our platform, further expanding into the data center space allows us to align with major macroeconomic trends and meet the needs of today’s most innovative users.”

Strategically located in the high-demand Washington, D.C. metro area, the property offers a competitive alternative to Northern Virginia’s data center market, which is currently experiencing a vacancy rate of less than 1% amid growing demand from AI-driven and hyperscale users.

Maryland-based Poverni Sheikh Group provided the debt financing for the acquisition, with JLL Capital Markets acting as the financing intermediary.
