Peak Construction Corporation has been selected to lead the development of DarwinPW Realty’s White Oak Warehouse project in Aurora, Illinois. The speculative industrial facility will span 52,925 square feet and include modern features such as a 32-foot clear height, 10 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 31 trailer stalls, and 63 parking spaces.
Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026, the project is a collaboration between Peak Construction, architectural firm Partners in Design, and civil engineering company Cemcon.
DarwinPW Realty, a member of CORFAC International and a privately held firm specializing in real estate brokerage, asset management, investment, and development, is overseeing the project on behalf of the investor. The development follows the investor’s acquisition of the parcel at 2290 White Oak Circle in October, with intentions to build a warehouse or cold storage facility on the site.
