Granite and Highwoods Properties have officially opened 23Springs, a new mixed-use development located in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas. Strategically situated at the corner of Maple Avenue and Cedar Springs Road, the 641,563-square-foot project was already 63 percent leased prior to its grand opening.

The centerpiece of 23Springs is a 26-story, Class-AA office tower spanning 625,215 square feet, making it the tallest office building in Uptown. The development also includes two standalone restaurant buildings totaling approximately 16,348 square feet, along with a publicly accessible half-acre park. Two of the three restaurant spaces have already been leased.

Designed by architectural firm GFF and built by DPR Construction, the tower is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce. Amenities include an indoor lounge outfitted with a golf simulator, a 4,500-square-foot fitness center, a spacious conference center and executive boardroom, as well as a striking lobby that houses the largest interactive indoor video wall in Dallas.

Financial backing for 23Springs was provided by Sidley Austin LLP, Savills, and Bank OZK, which furnished the construction financing for the project.

With its prime location and cutting-edge amenities, 23Springs is set to redefine the office experience in Dallas’s Uptown district.
