Granite and Highwoods Properties have officially opened 23Springs, a striking new addition to Uptown Dallas. Located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Cedar Springs Road, the 26-story, mixed-use development spans 641,563 square feet and is already 63 percent leased prior to its grand opening.
At the heart of the site is a 625,215-square-foot Class-AA office tower. The project also includes two freestanding restaurant buildings totaling approximately 16,348 square feet, as well as a half-acre public park designed to enhance the vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.
23Springs has attracted significant financial backing, including support from Sidley Austin LLP, Savills, and Bank OZK, the latter providing construction financing for the development. Currently, two of the three restaurant spaces have already been leased.
Now the tallest office building in Uptown, 23Springs was designed by architecture firm GFF and built by DPR Construction. The building offers a full suite of modern amenities designed for today’s workforce, including an indoor lounge with a golf simulator, a large conference center and executive boardroom, a 4,500-square-foot fitness center, and a lobby that houses Dallas’s largest interactive indoor video wall.
With a cutting-edge design and premium amenities, 23Springs sets a new standard for office developments in Dallas’s Uptown neighborhood.
