**Mixed-Use Development Planned Near Denver International Airport**
A new mixed-use development project, named Tower Plaza, has been proposed near Denver International Airport. The development includes a grocery store, a retail plaza with two fast-food restaurants, and a hotel.
The 4-acre site, located at 18306 E. 64th Avenue off Peña Boulevard, was purchased by Wu Mei Li and Kelly Chuong in September 2024 for $3.4 million. According to planning documents, the Tower Plaza concept features a single-story grocery store encompassing 24,942 square feet. Adjacent to the supermarket, two retail units will total over 6,000 square feet, while two fast-food restaurants will span a combined 9,333 square feet.
A five-story mixed-use building is also planned for the northeastern portion of the site. This structure will include a 4,032-square-foot footprint, with a ground-floor restaurant and four upper floors designated for hotel use.
Construction is expected to be completed by 2028.
