L&L Holding Company and Columbia Property Trust have achieved a major milestone in the redevelopment of Terminal Warehouse, a historic building in West Chelsea. Located at 261 11th Ave, the six-story vertical expansion of the building has been completed, signifying progress towards transforming this 1.3 million-square-foot property into an innovative wellness workplace and retail destination.
The project includes adding six new office floors as well as creating a central courtyard with nearly 2.5 acres of outdoor green space for tenants to enjoy when it is expected to deliver space starting in 2024.
