**CBRE Arranges Historic Sale of 1,610-Unit Multifamily Portfolio in Iowa**
CBRE has successfully arranged the sale of the Wings 914 Portfolio, a six-property multifamily collection totaling 1,610 units in the Des Moines metropolitan area. The transaction represents the largest multifamily sale ever recorded in the state of Iowa.
The deal was facilitated by CBRE professionals Cy Fox, Matt Bukhshtaber, Ray Hamilton, and Clark Matthews, who represented the seller. A notable aspect of the transaction is that the seller directed a significant portion of the sale proceeds to charitable causes through the National Christian Foundation. The properties included in the portfolio were constructed between 1988 and 2015.
