**DC BLOX Secures $1.15 Billion in Green Financing for New Georgia Data Center Campus**
DC BLOX has closed $1.15 billion in green loan financing to develop a state-of-the-art data center campus in Douglas County, Georgia. The funding will support the construction of a 120-megawatt (MW) data center and facilitate future campus expansion, enabling an additional 80 MW of capacity as early as 2027.
This new facility marks a strategic expansion for DC BLOX in the Atlanta metropolitan area, adding to its existing hyperscale-ready data center capacities in Conyers and Douglasville, Georgia.
The financing milestone follows a previously secured $265 million green loan from leading industry lenders and the growth equity commitment by Post Road Group in the fourth quarter of 2024.
A syndicate of major financial institutions participated in the funding, including ING Capital, Mizuho Bank, Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, First Citizens Bank, CoBank ACB, Toronto-Dominion Bank New York Branch, KeyBank National Association, and Huntington National Bank.
With this development, DC BLOX continues to bolster its role in supporting digital infrastructure growth across the Southeast.
