A partnership led by Soly Halabi and Joseph Simhoneight has sold eight net-leased retail properties in Alabama, Virginia, Oklahoma, and South Carolina for $79.4 million. Represented by Anthony D’Ambrosia and Glen Kunofsky of NNN Pro Group – an investment sales firm – the properties included Walgreens and Walmart Neighborhood Market locations with varying lease terms.
The transactions involved a private investor purchasing 1990 McCrays Mill Rd., Sumter SC for $5.9 million; 1560 Montclair Rd., Birmingham AL for $7.1 million; 7000 Iron Bridge Rd., Richmond VA to Austell GA Center LLC at a cost of $8.9 million; 3419 Orange Ave NE Roanoke VA to Anderson Capital Partners at a price tag of 9$5million; 4950 Plantation Road Roanoke VA bought by NJ based private investor at 9$5million ; 2141 Dale Ave SE Roanoke VA also purchased by NJ based private investor but this time costing 17$million ; 4900 S Sooner Road Oklahoma City OK bought 11$Million from PA based Private Investor . Lastly 3745 SW Lee Blvd Lawton OK was sold 10 Million dollars to another PA Based Private Investor .
