**Colliers Named Leasing Agent for Westborough Executive Park**
Colliers has been selected as the leasing agent for Westborough Executive Park, a three-building office and medical outpatient campus located at 110, 112, and 114 Turnpike Road in Westborough, Massachusetts. The leasing team includes Executive Vice President Steve Woelfel, Vice Presidents John Real and Sean Hannigan, Senior Vice President Kevin Brawley, and Senior Client Services Specialist Glenne Jackson. They will represent the property owner, Turnpike Holdings, LLC.
Westborough Executive Park comprises over 200,000 square feet of space and offers a combination of traditional office and medical outpatient facilities. Current tenants include Walden Behavioral Health, Charles River Medical Associates, Liberty Mutual, and CCM Hockey. The campus features a range of amenities, including a newly constructed boardroom with seating for 40, a full-service cafeteria, and a fitness center.
