**Landmark Properties Delivers The Legacy at Ann Arbor, a New Student Housing Community**
Landmark Properties has announced the completion and delivery of The Legacy at Ann Arbor, a 521-bed student housing development located at 616 E. Washington Street in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Developed in partnership with Cerca Trova and designed by ESG Architecture & Design, the project features two interconnected structures — a 19-story high-rise and a mid-rise building — that are seamlessly connected to the historic Michigan Theater. Landmark Construction served as the general contractor for the development.
The Legacy at Ann Arbor offers a variety of residential configurations, including studios through five-bedroom apartments, totaling 253 units. The property also includes 4,150 square feet of ground-floor retail space and gated on-site parking for residents.
Situated adjacent to the University of Michigan campus, the development grants residents easy access to a variety of dining, entertainment, and retail establishments in the heart of Ann Arbor.
With this project now open, Landmark Properties currently manages and operates more than 2,400 beds across six student housing communities throughout the state of Michigan.
