**Lingerfelt, The Davis Companies Secure 152,491-Square-Foot Lease at Virginia Business Center**
Lingerfelt and The Davis Companies have finalized a 152,491-square-foot lease with M.C. Dean at the Carmel Church Business Center, located at 11174 Enterprise Parkway in Ruther Glen, Virginia.
Jake Servinsky and Jimmy Appich of JLL represented M.C. Dean in the leasing transaction, while Graham Stoneburner and Mark Douglas of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the property’s owners.
M.C. Dean is a prominent engineering and systems integration firm, known for designing, building, operating, and maintaining cyberphysical systems. The company’s Modular Mission Critical campus, a 585-acre manufacturing hub located approximately one mile from the Carmel Church Business Center, serves as M.C. Dean’s center for producing secure, customizable modular products.
Carmel Church Business Center offers 325,500 square feet of industrial warehouse and distribution space. Strategically positioned within the greater Richmond industrial market, the facility helps meet the logistical and operational needs of growing enterprises in the region.
