Tech-Enabled Self-Storage from Stuf Now Available at Two Seattle Office Properties

Self-storage startup Stuf has expanded into Seattle, Washington with two new locations. Utilizing space within office properties, the New York City-based company partners with property owners to monetize basements, garages and other spaces in buildings as tech-enabled storage.

Katharine Lau, CEO and co-founder of Stuf commented: “Over the last year we have tripled our real estate footprint by partnering with incredible office, multifamily and retail landlords who seek to monetize their buildings in new ways.”

The first location is at 220 Second Ave. So., Pioneer Square district owned by Rubicon Point Partners which is utilizing 3,500 square feet of existing basement space for self storage purposes. The second location at Wright Runstad & Company’s 400 University Street building owned by Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation will be transforming 5500 square feet of subgrade mezzanine space into a tech enabled self storage facility.
