Dermody Leases Full Building at The Logistics Campus in Glenview
Dermody has successfully leased Building 10 at The Logistics Campus in Glenview, Illinois—a 351,520-square-foot, build-to-suit logistics facility—to Bottling Group, LLC, which operates as Pepsi Beverages Company, a division of PepsiCo, Inc. The lease is set to commence in February 2026.
Dermody was represented in the transaction by Colliers International, while the tenant, Pepsi Beverages Company, was represented by Cresa.
Located at the intersection of I-294 and Willow Road, The Logistics Campus is a master-planned development designed to support large-scale logistics operations. Site work for Building 10 is currently underway, with completion and delivery anticipated in the first quarter of 2026.
The larger campus will consist of 10 buildings totaling 3,238,548 square feet, offering flexibility for customized build-to-suit deliveries. Phase 1 of the development—comprising more than 1.2 million square feet across five buildings—was recently completed.
