**Disney Investment Group Brokers Sale of Mockingbird Central Plaza in Dallas**
Disney Investment Group (DIG) has successfully brokered the sale of Mockingbird Central Plaza, a premium urban retail center located in Dallas, Texas. The shopping center spans approximately 79,885 square feet and is strategically situated on Mockingbird Lane, just east of Central Expressway and near Southern Methodist University.
Mockingbird Central Plaza is currently 98% leased and features a diverse roster of 22 tenants. Notable retailers include Whole Earth Provision, Jason’s Deli, Mattress Firm, Run On, Uptown Cheapskate, and a new Chipotle location set to open in 2026.
DIG’s David Disney and Adam Crockett represented the seller, Dallas-based Corsair Property Company, and secured the buyer, Curbline Properties. Curbline is a publicly traded real estate company specializing in convenience retail properties.
