Vista Property and its general contractor, Skender, recently broke ground on a 32-story mixed-use multifamily tower located at 370 N. Morgan Street in Chicago’s thriving Fulton Market neighborhood.
Designed by Antunovich Associates, the project will feature a 539,000-square-foot residential tower offering a total of 494 rental units. The apartments will range from studio layouts to two-bedroom configurations and will include 99 units designated as on-site affordable housing.
The development’s ground floor will include a residential lobby, leasing offices, and 4,500 square feet of retail space. Additionally, the building will incorporate a parking podium with 192 spaces, 20% of which are equipped with EV charging capabilities.
Initial site work began in 2024 with the demolition of the former single-story Fox Deluxe Foods building. The project is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
In addition to Skender serving as general contractor and Antunovich Associates as the architectural firm, DeSimone is onboard as the structural engineer. MEPFP services are being delivered on a design-build basis through Skender. Project financing is being provided by CIBC and PGIM.
