**Milbank LLP Relocates Washington, D.C. Office to 1101 New York Avenue NW**
International law firm Milbank LLP has officially completed its relocation to a new office space at 1101 New York Avenue NW in Washington, D.C. The move marks a significant step in bolstering the firm’s presence in the region and supports its continued growth.
The newly designed office occupies more than 64,000 square feet across two floors in a state-of-the-art, LEED-certified building located in the heart of the city. The modern space features floor-to-ceiling windows, an on-site fitness center, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the city skyline.
“Milbank has had a presence in Washington, D.C. for over four decades,” said Milbank Chairman Scott A. Edelman. “This new space reflects the dynamic culture of our firm and strengthens our ability to serve clients at the highest level.”
Since opening its D.C. office in 1980, Milbank has been a key player in the legal sector, offering services in bankruptcy litigation, transportation and space law, and global risk and national security.
The relocation was made in partnership with Oxford Properties, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Stream Realty Partners, who announced Milbank’s intent to move in 2024.
