**Driftwood Capital to Develop 18-Story Hilton Hotel Near Oracle Campus in Nashville**
Driftwood Capital is set to finance, build, and manage a new 18-story Hilton-branded hotel in Nashville, just steps away from Oracle’s proposed $1.35 billion campus. The dual-branded hotel, bearing the Tempo and Homewood Suites by Hilton names, will offer a total of 300 guest rooms.
Located at 100 Spring Street in Nashville’s rapidly developing East Bank district, the property will be strategically positioned near the future Oracle headquarters and the new Nissan Stadium. In addition to preferred equity financing, Driftwood Capital is providing full-scale development oversight through its Driftwood Development Services arm. Once completed, the property will be operated by Driftwood Hospitality Management, ensuring a seamless and professional management experience.
The development is being spearheaded by 100 Spring Street Hotel, a joint venture that includes Skyline Hospitality, Patrick Culligan, and Sonari Capital Partners, Inc.
The hotel will feature approximately 10,000 square feet of meeting space, multiple food and beverage amenities, and a rooftop area offering views of downtown Nashville.
Its location near key destinations and transit routes underscores the project’s appeal to both leisure and business travelers, reinforcing the East Bank’s emergence as a central hub for innovation, entertainment, and hospitality in Nashville.
