Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 24,362-square-foot office building located at 5455 W. 86th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The DiSalvo | Bender | Nulf Group, investment specialists based in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, held the exclusive listing and represented the seller in the transaction.

“This transaction reflects the continued strength of the small office market in Indianapolis,” said Joseph DiSalvo, Senior Managing Director of Investments. “With a sale price well over $100 per square foot, this deal underscores the strong fundamentals in this segment and positions the buyer for long-term success.”

The two-story building, which is fully leased, is situated in northwest Indianapolis near the I-465 corridor. Originally constructed in 1979, the property underwent a full renovation in 2020. It now features modern interior finishes and supports a diverse tenant mix. The location also offers convenient access to nearby restaurants, retail centers, and healthcare amenities.
