**Spring Valley Townhome Sale Sets Local Pricing Record**
Marcus & Millichap has announced the successful sale of a five-townhome community located in Spring Valley for a record-setting $3,395,000 — equating to $679,000 per unit. According to the brokerage, this marks the highest price ever paid for a residential townhome asset in Spring Valley and its surrounding submarkets. The transaction closed at 100% of the list price with no concessions.
“9031–9039 Meghan Court represents the type of high-performing, well-located asset that continues to resonate with today’s multifamily investors,” said Austin Huffman, senior director with the Zorbas Huffman Group of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office. “This transaction reflects the ongoing strength of the Spring Valley submarket and the sustained demand for quality housing in the region.”
The five-unit multifamily property was completed in 2024 and features a well-balanced unit mix optimized for both owner-occupants and rental investors. The deal was brokered by Austin Huffman and Wyatt Darien, associate of investments at the Zorbas Huffman Group. The seller, BRD Development LLC, was represented by Marcus & Millichap, while the buyer, Gabriel M. Hall, was represented by The Pollard Company.
