**King Street Capital Expands European Real Estate Team with Appointment of Michael Fuller as Managing Director**
King Street Capital Management, a global alternative investment firm, has announced the appointment of Michael Fuller as Managing Director of its European Real Estate team. Based in London, Fuller will play a key role in strategic business development, asset management, and assist in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across the European real estate market.
Fuller brings over 21 years of pan-European real estate private equity experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Core-Plus Europe at Brookfield Property Group. In that capacity, he led the development of Brookfield’s European core-plus strategy and was instrumental in deal origination across Continental Europe, Germany, and the Nordics for the firm’s flagship opportunistic fund series. His extensive background also includes senior roles at Apollo Global Management and Citi Property Investors.
Fuller’s addition follows the recent expansion of King Street’s European Real Estate team. In May, the firm welcomed Adam Lawrence, who brings over 15 years of experience in managing and restructuring real estate credit portfolios across Europe. Additionally, Ranveer Bassey has joined the team, further strengthening its capabilities.
The appointments reflect King Street’s ongoing commitment to building a strong presence in the European real estate market.
