**Hilco Sets September Bid Deadline for Buzzards Bay Development Site**
Hilco Real Estate Sales has announced September 17 as the qualified bid deadline for an eight-acre, fully entitled development property located at 36-48 Robinwood Road in Wareham, Massachusetts. The waterfront site, set directly on Buzzards Bay, is approved for a by-right subdivision and is poised for immediate redevelopment.
The parcel includes layout plans for seven luxury homes as well as an approved design for a deep-water dock, offering direct access to boating, fishing, and recreational activities on the open water. The site is shovel-ready, with utilities already in place. While the existing residence on-site currently functions as a short-term rental, the property is viewed as ideal for redevelopment into a cohesive luxury home community.
