**Lanterman Regional Center Relocates from Mid-Wilshire to Glendale with Major Office Lease**
In one of Glendale’s largest office transactions of the year, the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center has signed a 10-year lease for 50,836 rentable square feet at 611 N. Brand Boulevard. The space, located in a 396,000-square-foot office tower owned by Onni Group, spans two full floors. The tower also houses WeWork, which operates two floors and has identified this location as one of its most successful and profitable sites.
The Lanterman Regional Center, a private nonprofit agency contracted by California’s Department of Developmental Services, will relocate its executive and management offices from the Mid-Wilshire district in Los Angeles. The move represents a significant consolidation of the organization’s footprint into a single, centralized location.
Onni Group was represented in the deal by Linda Lee, Bill Boyd, and Scott Unger of Kidder Mathews. Tenant representation was provided by Dennis Smith of Cresa. Kidder Mathews retains the exclusive leasing assignment for the building at 611 N. Brand Boulevard.
