**Work Underway on Two High-Rise Towers at Denver Tech Center**
Construction has officially commenced on two new high-rise towers at the Denver Tech Center, marking a major step in the ongoing development of the Belleview Station district. The first tower, designed to rise 22 stories, is already underway and is expected to be completed within two years.
The second tower, planned at 21 stories, will feature a variety of mixed-use amenities including an 11,000-square-foot market, 314 residential apartment units, a swimming pool, hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen area.
Currently, the Belleview Station area features approximately 804,000 square feet of office space, nearly 130,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 928 residential units. Upon full build-out, the district is projected to offer about 2.8 million square feet of office space, 185,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and around 3,300 residential units.
According to reports, developers have already delivered nearly one million square feet of office space — all fully leased and occupied. The architectural and planning firm leading the project is Gensler.
This continued expansion reflects the strong demand for live-work-play environments in the Denver metropolitan area.
