**AMLI Residential Completes Latest Phase of Mueller Apartment Development in Austin**
AMLI Residential has completed AMLI North Park, the latest addition to its expanding AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective in Austin, Texas. The development is part of a larger plan to transform the 700-acre mixed-use neighborhood built on the former site of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport.
AMLI North Park marks the fourth of five planned apartment communities within the collective. The final and largest phase, AMLI Park Central, is currently under construction and is expected to open in spring 2026. Upon full buildout, the AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective will offer a total of 1,978 apartment homes.
Three communities are already operational:
– **AMLI at Mueller**: A five-story building featuring 237 apartments averaging 820 square feet, along with 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
– **AMLI on Aldrich**: Comprising 318 apartments across two four-story buildings.
– **AMLI Branch Park**: An additional completed community contributing to the neighborhood’s growth.
AMLI Park Central will deliver 650 apartment homes spread across two buildings, some of which will include live/work spaces. The first resident move-ins are expected in late 2026.
The completion of AMLI North Park continues AMLI Residential’s long-term commitment to enhancing Austin’s urban living options within the revitalized Mueller district.
