**Clark Ventures Acquires 296-Unit Multifamily Property in Sandy Springs for $69.5M**
Clark Ventures has acquired a 13-acre multifamily property in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for $69.5 million.
Originally known as Aspire Perimeter, the property has been rebranded as Park at the Hill. It includes 296 apartment units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the property was last sold in 2019 to Broadtree Real Estate for $69.2 million.
Located along Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Sandy Springs’ Pill Hill neighborhood, the complex is positioned near a major healthcare hub comprised of hospitals and medical offices just inside Atlanta’s Perimeter, close to Dunwoody and Brookhaven.
The property is managed by BH Management Services, which also oversees several other apartment communities in the metro Atlanta area that are part of Clark Ventures’ growing portfolio.
