**The Link at Uptown in Dallas Sells for $218 Million**

The Link at Uptown, a recently completed Class AA office tower in Uptown Dallas, has been sold for $218 million. Kaizen Development served as the seller, while Cousins Properties acquired the asset. The transaction was brokered by Newmark representatives Chris Murphy, Robert Hill, Gary Carr, and Austin Sheahan, who acted on behalf of Kaizen.

Completed in 2021, the 25-story tower spans 292,000 square feet and features a collection of premium amenities and cutting-edge technology. The property is home to a diverse tenant roster, including notable companies such as Houlihan Lokey, PMG, and McGuireWoods. Impressively, all leases were signed in the post-pandemic period, positioning the building for potential future rent growth.

The tower’s office space sits above an amenity-rich floor that includes a tenant lounge, state-of-the-art fitness and conference centers, and an outdoor terrace with an activity lawn.

The sale of The Link at Uptown marks a significant transaction in the Dallas real estate market, underscoring continued investor interest in high-quality office assets.
