**$880 Million Affordable Housing Project, The HueHub, Coming to Miami**
A major new affordable housing development is set to reshape Miami’s urban landscape. The HueHub, a $880 million project, will span approximately 12 acres and feature seven 35-story towers comprising a total of 4,032 residential units.
Located at 8395 NW 27th Avenue, the expansive community will include nearly 200,000 square feet of interior amenities and a two-acre public park, offering residents a comprehensive and community-focused living environment.
The scale of the project allows for a unique mix of amenities not commonly found in residential developments. In addition to a community center, fitness area, and multiple swimming pools, residents will have access to an urgent care facility, beauty salon, car wash, learning center for both children and adults, arts and culture space, a police substation, and dedicated coworking spaces for remote workers.
Residences will come fully furnished and move-in ready, with rents starting at approximately $1,300 for studio units, $1,600 for one-bedroom units, and $1,900 for two-bedroom units – pricing aimed at addressing the city’s growing demand for affordable housing.
The project is being developed by Pablo Castro, in partnership with Coastal Construction and acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica. Construction is expected to begin toward the end of 2025.
