**JLL Appoints National Director for Sports and Entertainment**

JLL has appointed Robert Koshgarian as National Director of Sports and Entertainment within its Project and Development Services division. In this new role, Koshgarian will lead a range of projects focused on professional sports venues, collegiate athletics facilities, and youth development program spaces.

**Baird & Warner Launches In-House Image Services Division**

Baird & Warner has launched a new in-house Image Services division to enhance visual marketing offerings for agents and clients. Shannon Lange will lead the new initiative, bringing experience from her previous roles at VHT Studios and Matterport. She will be joined by Michael Johnson and George Tsakanias, both respected industry veterans, in key management capacities.

**Clune Construction Expands Partnership with Generis Collective**

Clune Construction has expanded its partnership with Generis Collective to support the nationwide retail rollout of western apparel brand Tecovas. Six Tecovas retail locations are either under construction or recently completed, including a high-profile flagship store in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. Additional projects are underway in Cleveland, New York City, Knoxville, Minneapolis, and Chicago.

**Regency Properties Elevates Jessica Wildeman to VP Role**

Regency Properties has promoted Jessica Wildeman to Vice President of Lease Administration. In her elevated role, Wildeman will continue overseeing the Lease Administration department, while expanding her responsibilities in budgeting and forecasting across multiple departments. Her focus will include aligning operations with financial targets to drive stronger Net Operating Income performance across Regency’s core portfolio.

**Farbman Group Welcomes New Team Members**

Farbman Group has added five new professionals to its family of organizations. Jeff Katzen, Cameron Simpson, and Aiden Bracken have joined Farbman Group. Lucas Raspbury has joined Apex Mechanical Solutions, while Brett Katzen has stepped into a new role at Huntington Construction.

**Colliers Expands into Louisville Market**

Colliers has opened a new office in Louisville, Kentucky, expanding its brokerage services in the region. Shannon Huffer, who has served as a Vice President at Colliers since 2023, and newly appointed Associate Vice President Nancy Dupps, CCIM, SIOR, will lead operations in the new market. Huffer brings expertise as both a licensed attorney and commercial broker, specializing in multifamily and affordable housing.
